The condo is working out great and the people who work at the condo are so nice, the weather has been fantastic, your restaurant recommendations have been bang on and the phones you gave us came in handy a couple of times.

We usually don't take the time to write emails like this but we had such a nice time in Playa Del Carmen renting your condo for a week. The location, cleanliness and price were all great. Even the beds were comfy! Thank you again for the emailed guide that gave us a lot of info on the dos and don'ts in the area. We were safe and are very tanned. We will be re-booking next year. All the best!

All my wife and I could say is WOW! This condo is gorgeous, extremely roomy with the one of the best private rooftop patios I have ever seen! Beautiful views and a wonderful and extremely relaxing outdoor bed... just perfect for a late afternoon siesta. The complex itself is magnificent, the pool and work out room are great and the staff is very friendly. It's such a short walk to the glorious white sand beach, and we felt at home with Starbucks being only a 5 minute walk.  With the main part of Playa del Carmen (5th Avenue) no more than a 10 minute walk it was fabulous! Your restaurant recommendations were all perfect as well! We cant wait till we are back here, a wonderful place and an unforgettable experience. Thanks so much!!

 Just a note to say that we really enjoyed our holiday in Playa Del Carmen!

 The condominium was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well appointed and we were especially impressed with the roof top patio. It was just the place to relax in the evening.

 The location ( Paseo Del Sol ) provides the best of two worlds. There is the quiet, restful environment of the pool and grounds and only a 15 minute walk gets you to the hustle and bustle of the market area with shops, restaurants etc. We found the whole experience to be just great.

 The staff at Paseo Del Sol were also very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and providing information for side trips.

Hi Garson...  Leslee and I just returned home from our trip to Mexico and we are so relaxed.  The whole experience of renting your condo in Playacar was first class, service oriented and wonderful. From the moment we checked in and were greeted by the front desk staff we felt like we were at home. Our bags were delivered to our suite and the young man who accompanied us gave us a room by room tour as well as where the A/C was throughout.  Your condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully detailed.  The roof top patio gave us some much needed quiet time in the warmth of the sun.  We also wanted to thank you for your package of restaurant suggestions and recommendations of local sites and  attractions.  We travel a fair amount and having this “ local “ knowledge really helped. 

Garson, the summer will be upon us shortly, I have been on your site looking at one of your Ontario summer rentals.  I am sure it will be nothing short of fantastic for my self, my wife and my children. We would certainly visit Mexico again.

Dear Garson,                                   

 We stayed at  your condo in Play Del Carmen, Mexico a few weeks ago and had the best time there!

 When we arrived, the front desk was very helpful in providing us with the keys and showing us to the condo, but we were even more pleased to walk into the apartment and find it as tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable as it was.  We spent a bit of time on the rooftop, that bed to lounge on up there is so comfortable and the view from up there is lovely!  Pool is gorgeous and the grounds are also beautifully maintained.  

The town of Playa Del Carmen is totally buzzing with activity.  I was pleased to learn how close it was to the condo, we went to the beach a lot, and there are so many great restaurants and night clubs there.  We walked back and forth a couple of times each day…it was that close!

 Thanks again for making it available, we are looking forward to coming back next year!
